Every Thursday from 2p.m. till 5 p.m. a carefully selected composition of Dammann Frères teas completes the flavour of the appetizers like the traditional British scones with toppings, a brioche with smoked trout and caviar, crayfish salad with quail egg, or roast beet tartare with smoked plum. Among that, the desserts showcasing almond financier biscuits with raspberries or the pistachio mousse, and the legendary Tort Bristol await you.
