1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Conditions for redemption: The voucher includes two nights stay in one of our stylish rooms, a delicious buffet breakfast, access to the Bristol spa area with swimming pool and a 3-course dinner served in the Column Bar Restaurant with a glass of sparkling wine. The voucher is valid for two people. In the event of non-cancellation reservation up to 24 hours before arrival, the voucher becomes invalid. Redemption date depends on room availability. Voucher is valid for weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
